Ben’s Decision
I came home from work yesterday to Great News! Yesterday afternoon Ben had been quizzing Amy about God, He’s been asking many questions over the past number of months about Heaven, about God and some deep questions that have made me ask deep questions myself, Bens words to me last night on getting into the house were, ‘Daddy, I asked Jesus into my heart today… isn’t that good?” To hear a child, my child speak those words at the age of 4 brought an amazing mix of emotion to the surface, one beautiful moment in the conversation was when Ben asked Amy “When God comes to take us all to heaven does He come in an Aeroplane?”
We look forward to encouraging Ben in this new Journey that He has started yesterday, and look forward with expectation to seeing him grow into a mighty man of God, Thanks be to God for another soul!
Dude, sorry I am only catching up with the world now…this is awesome. You must be so pleased. I know lots of people are weird when you tell them little kids get saved but I love it. Rebecca’s big brother gave his heart to Jesus when he was 3! and he is still passionately serving him 30 years later.
