How Great is Our God!
Wow! How Great Our God is, How magnificent, how Worthy! He’s Amazing! Do you ever sit back and think just how truely amazing God is! Look at creation, I can’t understand people who say “There is no God” Psalm 53v1 The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”
Of Course there is a God and He has empowered His people (Believers) to Go! and tell the world that Jesus saves, to tell the sick that God can heal, to tell those in need that God wants to Help, generally God wants us to be “his light” in dark places, in dark situations, in dark moments, God wants us to shine.
Heres a point I want to make, The reason why people doubt the greatness of God is because Christians (in general) Do not live up to being servants of a Great God, Lets face it people will believe in God when they see him work! when they see us (Believers) Love, Care & Support others.
Today I challenge myself -
‘How Great am I allowing God to be in my life?’
‘When people look at me do they see a Great God at work?’
‘God wants a generation of Believers who live out God in their lives, not “Christians” who warm seats on sundays!’

Nice day
Class day today – outside!
Not feeling overly inspired this morning, maybe later on. Cell last night was amazing, One thing that blesses me is the desire of people to pray! Not to sound good, not cause they have to, but because they want to and because they believe the answers are coming.
This year has seen so many amazing prayer answers – Isn’t God Good, and even if there were no answers God would still be good! He knows what is best for us and won’t let it happen until He knows we could Cope with the change.
Not long to the world cup now, looking forward a feast of footie for a whole month!
Going with minimal food today – got a very sore mouth, hopefully a food break will sort it out!

Getting Motivated!
If i were to be very honest I’ve been struggling to get motivated! Motivated in Work, Motivated in church, Motivated in family, Motivated to meet up with people, Motivated to go the extra mile for others.
I could be quick to put it down to tiredness, sleepless nights, and while those are reasons, i’m being challenged daily about my diet, about my exercise, about the availability for more God time.
We have a laugh at our house on saturday & sunday nights when good friends come round for fun and chillout time, We have the saying “Here comes the dirt” meaning sweet foods. And how we enjoy munching those, but remember – “Your Body, His Temple!”
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body,”
1 Cor. 6:19-20
If I needed to hear something from God, its that!
But back to motivation, in my search for a renewal of motivation in my life i came accross this…
Four areas in which Christ’s love motivates us:
1, We are motivated to expressively worship our God and Saviour. Time is not a factor in our worship when we are conscious of the wonder of Christ’s unconditional love for us. Time stands still as we experience the sheer delight of being trans-fixed in the presence of God in worship.
2, Christ’s love motivates us to tell others of that love. When you discover a good thing you share it with your loved ones and friends.
3, God’s unconditional love motivates us to serve others. Like Many believers before us we don’t give up and quit. We keep on washing the feet of our brothers and sisters until we’re called home to Heaven.. We will even feed the mouth that bites and curses us.
4, We are motivated to shun the intoxication of the toys and trinkets of this life. We find more value in the soul of a needy person than in the naked materialism of our generation.

Freedom
We were created to be free! If you are a follower of Jesus Christ You’re also Called to be FREE! Yet to experience this freedom there must be birst an uprising – a revolution of the Soul!
This is what Jesus calls us to. Your liberation will require You to see beyond the illusion of Freedom (Free acts that lead to bondage). Our freedom must never be about us and us alone.
Freedom is the gift of serving others out of love. This is freedom that only God can Give, where we once again become like Him. It is here and only here that freedom exists without boundaries. You are free to Love without limit, to forgive, to be merciful, to be generous, to be compassionate, to risk, to sacrifice, to enjoy and to Live!

weekend
Yipee! almost the weekend – My First full weekend off in ages! Hope the new design to the blog is ok for everyone, i like to be original. Have a Great weekend and hopefully by Monday morning Leeds will be back in the Premiership! So Dean and me can go over to old trafford next season for a good game of footie!
